27 year old Shyla Root of Council Bluffs was sent to prison yesterday in Dodge County District Court. Deputy County attorney Mark Boyer told the court that Root has shown great disrespect to the judicial system and that she should get the maximum sentence for possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine a class 4 felony.
